Each item is custom made
especially for you. All beads, components and other
materials are carefully selected for their color,
detail, texture and quality. We design with heart,
creativity and dedication and want you to love our
creations as much as we love creating them. Therefore,
every product must meet our high standards for
workmanship, integrity and design.

review our Return Policy prior to your purchase.
Returns

All Eleni Hope Designs are handcrafted and made to order according
to your individual specifications. Therefore, we do
not provide cash or credit card refunds.
Returns are for merchandise credit only, or you may
choose another item.
Review your
customization options carefully before you place
your order. If you are concerned about color
matching, we would be happy to send you a color
swatch card through the mail to give you more
accurate details of our colors. Please email us with
your request or any other questions you may have.

You must contact us to
receive your Return Authorization Number, prior to
shipping anything back. Returns will not be accepted
without this number. You may return your new, unused
item in its original packaging with a copy of your
receipt for another item or merchandise credit.
Returns must be made within 21 days of our
ship date. Merchandise credits are good for 6 months
after they are issued. Please state the reason for
the return in your request.

We will not accept any
returns without a Return Authorization # or be held
responsible for items lost in the mail. Therefore,
we suggest all items are returned insured. Return
shipping charges are the responsibility of the
buyer. We reserve the right to inspect all returns
to determine if they have been worn, used or damaged
in any way.

Custom designs that
have names, dates or personally supplied messages
are Final Sale.
Damages
Although we do our best to
ship all items in perfect condition, occasionally,
errors do occur. If your items were made incorrectly or
you received a defective product, we would be happy to
correct the problem free of charge. Please notify us
within 15 days of receipt of your order, so that we can
resolve the situation promptly.

Jewelry
Repairs
If an item should break or
fall apart during normal, daily activity; we will be
happy to repair the piece one time free of charge up to
30 days from the date of purchase. After that time
period, there will be a repair fee of 10.00 per item
plus shipping. Please
contact us for your Return Authorization #.
Include a copy of your receipt, all the jewelry pieces
and a brief description of what happened. Please refer
to our Jewelry Care section to determine what we
consider “normal wear and tear.” If the piece is beyond
repair, we will replace it with a design of equal value. |
